Xinjiang Yicheng Textile Technology Co., Ltd., which settled in Yining County's 100 billion level Textile Industrial Park in June 2021, has a total investment of nearly 200 million yuan. It has 24 full-automatic rotor spinning production lines, which can produce 8000 tons of various high-grade yarns. It forms a complementary chain with the grey fabric weaving enterprises in the park, with an annual output value of 300 million yuan.

Yining County's 100 billion level Textile Industrial Park has a total planning area of 20 square kilometers. At present, more than 6 billion yuan has been invested. The park has completed and put into use a standardized workshop of 500000 square meters, and is under construction of 600000 square meters. Up to now, the park has attracted more than 20 enterprises such as spinning, weaving, home textile and clothing, half of which are from Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. In 2021, the park will achieve an annual output value of more than 5 billion yuan and absorb more than 5000 jobs.

Wang Kui, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yidong Industrial Park in Yining County, said: "Seven factories in the spinning area and eight factories in the weaving area in the second phase of this year are planned to be installed by the end of this year, and some of them will meet the production conditions. After the second phase is put into use, we can introduce 15 enterprises to settle in, and the investment attraction can reach 4 billion. After the completion of phase 2, the output value of phase 1 and phase 2 can reach 10 billion, and the employment of 4000 people can be solved."
