From January to October 2021, there were 12591 Enterprises above Designated Size in the clothing industry, with a total operating revenue of 1182.5 billion yuan, an increase of 8.3% year-on-year; The total profit was 53.4 billion yuan, up 4.6% year on year; The profit margin was 4.5%, 0.15 percentage points higher than that in January September; The clothing output was 19.1 billion pieces, up 8.9% year on year. From January to October in 2021, the total retail sales of consumer goods per unit above the quota reached 13128.1 billion yuan, up 16.4% year-on-year. Among them, the retail sales of clothing goods of units above designated size was 782.4 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 19.3%, 0.2 percentage points higher than that from January to September; Online retail sales of physical goods reached 8497.9 billion yuan, up 14.6% year-on-year. Among them, online retail sales of wearing goods increased by 14.1% year-on-year. From January to October of 2021, the export of clothing and accessories was 138.9 billion US dollars, with a year-on-year increase of 25.2%.
