In November last year, he made an international market scale growth plan for Martha department store, which expects global sales to reach 800 million to 1 billion pounds in 4 years.
The size of the current international market is only 500 million pounds, except Ireland.
Martha's department stores aim at fast-growing developing countries, like India and China, which will also develop in Europe. 10 years ago, the company quickly shut down all stores here.
"Jan's excellent international experience is very much in line with our demand for international market expansion," he said.
Heere sees the expansion of Martha's Department's international market as a real opportunity.
